Q: Can I trust you in my home?
A: We ensure all housekeepers have current police clearance certificates, and rigorously screen them to ensure only the highest calibre of cleaner is hired. We also do thorough background checks and call all references from previous employers and clients to give you peace of mind. If you are ever uncertain of any Hello Sunshine Housekeeper simply let us know and we will find you a replacement within 24 hours. We are also fully insured up to $10 million whilst we are in your home.
Q: Do You Bring Your Own Products?
A: We provide all of our cleaning products and equipment ready to go so you don’t have to worry about a thing! All our products are environmentally sustainable and non-toxic for your safety.
Q: How Far Do You Travel?
A: We are based in Mount Lawley, Western Australia and travel to most destinations in Perth – however suburbs further than 15km from the CBD may require a travel fee of $10
Q: Is there a minimum Booking?
A: Yes, we have a minimum booking of 2 hours for a standard domestic clean with 2 cleaners & a minimum of 3 hours with one cleaner. However if your circumstances require a custom arrangement feel free to contact us directly and we will find the best solution.
